Hi Victor. If you’re not seeing an option to set the priority of the incident at all, make sure Incident Priority is enabled in your account. Even if the rules aren’t setting the Priority, there will be a dropdown at the top of the incident page to set it manually. If that’s not there, check out the steps in the docs:
If you have priorities enabled already and your rules aren’t setting it properly, we might need a screenshot of your rules or a further description to see what’s up.
